AI processing in Frankfurt
Analysis and answering of messages run on AWS in the EU (Frankfurt region). The data does not leave the EU for AI processing.
Database in the EU
Order cache, log, and configuration sit on EU servers.
No AI training on your data
Your customers' messages train no AI models.
Deleted after 90 days
Customer messages are deleted automatically after 90 days.
